How to Upgrade to Level 2 KYC Verification

To deposit Naira in your wallet, you'll need to complete a level KYC level 2 verification which entails a means of identification such as passport, driver's license or national ID card. And a clear photograph of yourself.

 

To do this, go to your profile page and click on “Account Upgrade”.

Now click “Upgrade to level 2.”

 Fill in your details accordingly

 Then proceed to select which means of identification you want to use.

 Enter the ID number on the document correctly

 Upload the document

  Upload your selfie (a face snap of yourself).

 And submit.

Note: In order to get your ID verification approved. All details provided must tally to the details on your ID document, The ID document number must be entered correctly, The Document must be readable, and your selfie must be clear and match the passport photograph on your ID document.
